As a Senior Finance Manager on Microsofts Consumer AI Margin - FP&A Team, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy behind some of our most impactful businessesSearch, News, Ads, and Copilot. Your work ensures healthy margins, optimizes operational costs, and drives investment decisions that fuel innovation and growth. In this role, youll lead margin and investment analysis, support annual planning and forecasting, and provide strategic guidance during financial close periods. Youll leverage advanced financial modeling, integrate diverse data sources into clear narratives, and collaborate across teams to manage risk and ensure compliance. By influencing structural efficiencies and long-term bets, youll help deliver sustainable value to customers and advance Microsofts AI-first visionall within a collaborative, inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and bold ideas.
