Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer service
Communicate in a professional manner while maintaining a professional appearance
Manager daily reservations and seating chart
Be proficient in reservation system and input all guest details
Review nightly seating chart and adjust room seating as needed and per guest request
Greet and seat guests at tables or in waiting areas
Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions
Call reservations daily to confirm reservation / details and any changes
Communicate all reservation changes and details with management team
Answer phone calls and take reservations
Work closely with hotel front desk and concierge teams to accommodate hotel guest request

Preferred Qualifications :

1 year experience in a qualified restaurant
OpenTable knowledge is a plus but not required
A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience
Written and verbal comprehension of English language
Must have excellent phone skills
Must have excellent communication skills
Fine Dining experience a plus
