About the Role :

Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities :

• Domain skills in retail banking and contact center to bring to the table trends in that industry and how is customer satistaction measured, tracked and improved.
• Deep familiarity with Jira and / or other project management tools
• Ability to understand high level business objectives, map them to temporal goals and convert them to epics / stories for development teams
• Comfortable interacting with product managers, scrum masters
• Drive UAT, smoke test releases

Minimum Qualifications :

• Retail banking experience and / or Contact center experience
• SQL, Postman, JSON
• Wireframing skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong quantitative, reasoning and analytical ability

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $105,000 $125,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance.

Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
