Responsibilities will include : / polliPreparing and processing quotes, proposals, applications, endorsements and certificates of insurance. / liliAssess risk and coverage, review and update policies. / liliHandle customer phone calls, face-to-face meetings and general correspondence. / liliMaintain client activity tracking, files, billing and process payments. / li / olpYou will need the desire, ability to handle a fast-paced, high volume environment. Effective oral, written communication and human relation skills. Ability to pass and maintain an Illinois insurance license. General office and organizational skills; Effective computer skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office products a must. Experience with Applied Systems Epic a plus. Two years or more insurance office experience preferred. / p / div
