Project Coordinator – Commercial Storefront Division

Location : Santa Cruz, CA (Full-Time, Onsite)

Compensation : $32–$38 per hour (DOE)

Industry : Commercial Doors & Windows / Storefront Systems

Our client is a rapidly growing subcontractor their close-knit team is expanding its Project Management department , and they are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Project Coordinator to join us onsite in Santa Cruz, CA

What You'll Do

• Support a Senior Project Manager in the Commercial Storefront Division.
• Manage and track approximately 20 active projects (new, ongoing, and closeouts).
• Prepare and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documents
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, estimators, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized digital project files using OneDrive
• Use Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, Trello, and Microsoft Teams for communication and workflow management.
• Assist with project scheduling, material orders, and cost tracking.
• Contribute to refining project management processes as the department grows.
