The Opportunity

This isn't your typical number-crunching role. As our Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be the financial pulse of our real estate operations, translating complex data into actionable intelligence that guides our C-suite and equity partners. You'll own the analytical narrative behind our fund and community performance, becoming the go-to expert who bridges operational realities with financial strategy.

What You'll Do

Asset Intelligence (Your Analytical Playground)

• Lead high-impact P&L discussions with field teams, extracting critical "boots on the ground" insights that numbers alone can't reveal
• Dissect budget vs. actual variances and operational trends, transforming data into compelling performance narratives for individual communities
• Become the trusted advisor who connects the dots between field operations, accounting data, and executive decision-making
