intervention and treatment programs. These services promote strong families by empowering parents to thrive,

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
As a Parent Educator , you’ll play a vital role in shaping brighter futures for families. You’ll conduct in-home visitation services using the Parents as Teachers curriculum-helping parents become their child’s first and best teacher.
You’ll guide families through every step of early childhood development, providing tools, encouragement, and evidence-based education to promote healthy growth and strong relationships. You’ll also connect families with community resources and provide support in areas like behavioral health, development, and family well-being.
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, you’ll ensure high-quality services by maintaining accurate records, participating in reflective supervision, supporting quality improvement efforts, and fostering positive relationships with families and community partners.
