Role Description

This is a full-time role based in New York. The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for overseeing product assortment, and leading sales initiatives. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service with our retail partners, and maintaining up-to-date inventory records. The Merchandise Manager will also contribute to strategizing and improving merchandising practices to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience working in retail / wholesale - apparel and / or accessories is a plus.
• At least 2 years experience working with department stores, specialty stores, off-price and value channels.
• A proven understanding of retail math - MSRP, Wholesale, Margin, Inventory Turn, etc.
• Ability to manage product assortment effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some work from home
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
