Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay starts at $15.50-$17.00 / hr based on experience, paid weekly
  • Signing bonus of $500 (paid 90 days after hire)
  • Scheduled raises of $0.35-$0.75 / hr every 6 months for qualified performers
  • Monthly performance bonus (typically $100-$200)

  • Travel time to properties is paid, as well as prep time in the office

WHO YOU ARE

Housekeeper Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform a variety of housekeeping activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
  • Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
  • Change linens and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering
  • Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered
  • Work closely with leadership to identify and implement ideas that will improve the way we do things.
