Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning cycles and develop advanced financial models

Implement AI tools to optimize finance processes and enhance decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods

Proven success in process improvement and systems implementation

Hands-on experience with AI and workflow-automation tools

Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
