Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst with strong analytical, reporting, and data processing expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL databases, dashboarding tools (Power BI/Tableau), and programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. This role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights and ensuring accurate, automated reporting across business units.


Key Responsibilities:

• Regular Reporting: Design, implement, and maintain reliable reports and dashboards from multiple data sources. Distribute reports on a recurring basis to stakeholders.
• Data Processing & Cleanup: Transform raw data into structured, functional formats for analytics, reporting, and visualization. Apply NLP, regex, and data cleaning techniques as needed.
• Automation: Develop solutions to automate manual processes such as data entry, validation, and integration.
• ServiceNow & ITSM Integration: Utilize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, ITOM, ITAM) to support IT service management workflows.
• Trend Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Produce clear, understandable reports and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, IT, and analytics teams to understand requirements, provide solutions, and improve reporting capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, preferably in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of programming languages: Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and integration, including NLP and regex techniques.
• Solid understanding of ITIL or ITSM best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) in Power BI or Excel.
• Prior experience in data automation, scripting, or ETL processes.
• Familiarity with integrating SQL queries into automated reporting pipelines.
