eCommerce Manager - $120k- Onsite Manhattan, NY.
This is an exceptional luxury brand with an international presence and headquarters based in New York City. We’re looking for an experienced and results-oriented eCommerce Manager to lead the growth and daily operations of our online store. This role is based full-time in New York, NY and requires someone who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in digital sales, website optimization, and customer experience, and will be eager to expand our brand’s reach in the digital marketplace.
What You’ll Do
Website & User Experience
- Manage and optimize the online storefront, ensuring smooth navigation and an engaging shopping journey.
- Oversee product uploads, pricing, categorization, and site merchandising.
- Monitor site performance, coordinating with tech and design partners to improve speed, resolve technical issues, and enhance overall UX / UI.
Sales & Growth Strategy
Design and execute strategies that boost traffic, conversions, and revenue.Partner with marketing to run digital campaigns, paid ads, and seasonal promotions.Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to inform future decisions and maximize ROI.Customer Journey
Deliver a seamless end-to-end shopping experience, from browsing to post-purchase.Collaborate with customer support to streamline processes, resolve issues quickly, and build loyalty.Run A / B tests and personalization initiatives to refine the user journey.Operations & Logistics
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.Proactively address out-of-stock issues, returns, and order discrepancies to protect customer trust.Content & Merchandising
Work with creative teams to align digital assets with brand identity.Manage product descriptions, imagery, banners, and promotional content to drive engagement and conversions.Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging best practices.Technology & Vendor Management
Oversee third-party platforms and tools such as e-commerce platforms, shipping software, and marketing automation tools.Research and evaluate new technologies that can enhance performance, streamline operations, or improve customer experience.Data & Reporting
Report on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and average order value on a regular basis.Provide actionable insights that contribute to ongoing growth and stronger customer engagement.What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of e-commerce management experience, ideally in retail, consumer goods, or luxury markets.Strong knowledge of ShopifySEO / SEM and social advertising.Proven ability to increase digital sales and improve user experience.Experience with email marketing tools and ad platforms.Benefits
