The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and implementing training programs to enhance the competencies and efficiency of our healthcare staff. Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers. Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific needs to help foster a high standard of patient care. Implement an effective staff development program that aligns with organizational objectives and ensures regulatory compliance. Schedule training sessions, organize information technology and other equipment, and manage the delivery of training programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training on employees? performance and adjust programs as needed. Maintain updated records of training curricula and material. Collaborate with management to ensure staff development and training is focused and beneficial. Strong understanding of clinical practices and healthcare operations. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and capable of managing training software. Adept at handling multiple tasks and ability to work under pressure.
