Card Services Supervisor
The Card Services Supervisor leads a team through an outsourcing provider, to support Out of pocket, corporate credit card and P-Card programs. This role requires independent decision-making, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes. The incumbent interacts with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and handles sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Governance (Outsourced Model) :
- Lead and inspire a high-performing outsourced Card Services team through a structured governance framework.
- Manage the outsourced Card Services team through a structured governance framework.
- Establish and maintain :
- Weekly operational reviews to monitor service delivery and resolve issues.
- Monthly performance scorecards tracking SLAs, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
- Quarterly strategic reviews to assess service quality, innovation, and alignment with business goals.
- Escalation protocols for critical issues and service disruptions.
- Change control processes for updates to systems, policies, or scope.
- Ensure clear documentation of roles, responsibilities, and workflows between Fortrea and the outsourcing provider.
- Foster collaboration and accountability through regular communication and feedback loops.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Partner with finance and business leaders to address Procure-to-Pay cycle issues.Maintain strong internal relationships with IT, Treasury, Payroll, AP, Accounting, and external partners such as banks and auditors.Process Improvement & Compliance :
Recommend and implement process enhancements and reporting improvements.Lead group discussions and present feedback to management.Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Special Projects :
Execute ad hoc assignments and participate in strategic initiatives as needed.Experience (Minimum Required) :
Minimum 8 years in a corporate business environment, preferably in finance or card services.Experience managing outsourced teams or shared services.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong data management and analytical skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with ERP systems.Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.Experience working with global teams and in a multi-currency environment.Decision-Making : Makes informed, timely decisions with a focus on quality and risk mitigation.Collaboration : Fosters a collaborative environment across internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications (Minimum Required) :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Preferred Qualifications Include :
