We are looking for a Marketing Associate to manage our influencer and partnership programs and to work closely with our creative team to run our social and content channels. Ideally, this person is highly communicative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We highly prefer candidates that are passionate about the cosmetic dermatology / aesthetics space.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow our influencer and partnership programs to enhance our brand awareness, customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
• Create and execute engaging campaigns and content for our social media channels and clinical content platform. Ensure these initiatives align with our business goals and uphold a cohesive and strong brand identity.
• Lead the ideation process for content through heavy collaboration with our internal design team and external partners.
• Support the team to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as influencer and media / PR relationships to ensure all functions align with Ever / Bodys brand values.
• Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including building and maintaining marketing calendars and project managing to ensure success of said marketing channels.
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships with operations, clinical, education, and creative team to support cross-functional brand initiatives.
• Lead post-campaign reporting and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plan and to relay data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
