• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, OSHPD / HCAI standards, and local building codes.
• Oversee field operations and coordinate with superintendents to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Review design documents, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant PMs.
• Drive quality assurance, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
