  • Build, create, and develop a field team from scratch, assembling the dream team to conquer the Hair Sector!
  • Craft an innovative GTM strategy for our outbound sales channel, turning plans into action-packed results.
  • Execute a dynamic sales strategy, complete with market analysis, client targeting, and pricing brilliance.
  • Keep our business booming by monitoring core reviews and leading strategic initiatives for unstoppable growth.
  • Be the guiding light for a team of sales superstars, inspiring greatness and achieving epic goals.
  • Team up with other departments to streamline our sales process and ignite data-driven projects.
  • Lead the charge in implementing sales process upgrades and ensuring everyone's on board with our tools.
  • Set the stage for success with clear and effective sales policies.

Requirements :

  • A whopping 10+ years of sales experience in the Pro Beauty industry, preferably Hair Sector.
  • A track record of triumph as you've led sales teams to glory.
  • An ownership mindset paired with the flexibility to tackle any challenge.
  • Masterful stakeholder management skills and top-notch communication.
  • Analytical prowess that fuels your data-driven decision-making.
