What you'll do...

The Sr Manager, Marketplace Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for driving and delivering key growth, planning and process improvement initiatives across the Marketplace segments. You will build strong relationships and close partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders from Product Management, Operations, Merchandising and Site to drive business growth and create frictionless seller experiences. You will analyze the market and competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities that create shared value for sellers, customers and Walmart. You will lead the development and management of the operational plan and provide ongoing analysis of sales, margin and inventory trends to support strategic and financial objectives. San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401 : The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations OR 7 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations.

4 years’ experience managing project teams in a matrix environment.
