Job descriptionAssisting licensed care staff with various clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents Supporting residents with activities of daily living Performing light housekeeping and dining / tray services Providing escort services Taking vital signs and weights Participating in quality assessment and performance improvement activities Notifying changes in resident conditions as they occur Current state certification as a CNA is required Experience preferred, particularly with geriatric clients High school diploma or GED preferred Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required Current First Aid certification is mandatory or willingness to obtain it Food handlers certification and Certified Medication Technician / Certified Medication Aide certification where applicable Basic computer skills or the ability to learn
