Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure appropriate support and service activities for various clients
Act as the voice of the customer, identifying product support needs and communicating them internally
Coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalate issues with substantial impacts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sales support or relationship management
Experience in financial services, particularly merchant services, is a plus
