We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our office operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires someone who can manage office supply inventories, create and maintain filing systems, and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurately processed and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy access.
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and distribute internal communication and documentation as required.
- Assist in data entry and record keeping for various departments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Benefits
