Construction Manager

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Construction Manager to work in the Columbus, OH area . This is a direct placement position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Job Summary : The Construction Manager will concentrate on municipal infrastructure projects. Specifically, sanitary and storm sewer projects, waterlines, pump stations, roadway improvements, and related work for compliance with contract plans and specifications.

Responsibilities :

Monitoring of on site labor, materials, equipment, and construction operations.

Written reporting of operations, measurements and calculations, quantity collations, and appurtenant efforts.

Monitoring and reporting on extra work activities.

Interfacing with clients, residents and businesses affected by the work.

Other related activities as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering or Construction.

Registered Ohio or West Virginia Professional Engineer preferred.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, contract specifications.

Ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors and management.
