About your new role : As a Corporate Customer Service Representative, you will assist with customers, all departments and facilities as needed to provide sales support. Corporate Customer Service Representatives work with our Production Control team to ensure that all required dates are being met to assure customer requirements are being adhered to for all orders, including Kanban and Blanket Request. You will be responsible for a formal acknowledgement of purchase orders while also reviewing purchase orders for quantity, delivery, pricing, and changes. You will initiate new tools as well as all first-time and repeat production orders.

What you need : Associates degree in Sales / Marketing or equivalent experience At least one year of customer service or customer relations experience Excellent organizational and communications skills Ability to work as part of a team Proficient with charts, spreadsheets, and word processing
