Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive title examinations to determine ownership and encumbrances on oil and gas properties.
• Prepare title opinions, division order title opinions, and drilling title opinions.
• Provide legal advice to clients on issues related to oil and gas law, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, divestitures, and dispute resolution.
• Review and interpret contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to oil and gas operations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory hearings.
• Collaborate with other legal team members to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in oil and gas law and related regulations, and advise clients accordingly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
