Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Own revenue targets for the Central Region and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success to drive pipeline generation and ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong executive‑level relationships with enterprise customers and prospects.
• Forecast accurately, provide regular business updates to senior leadership, and drive data‑driven decision‑making.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent to scale the regional team.
• Serve as a cultural ambassador and champion of Upwind Security’s values, representing the company at industry events and regional conferences.
