As a CNA / PCA with Eminence Home Care, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide quality care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by a registered nurse
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics
- Provide emotional support and socialization to patients and their families
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
