Overview
In the role of US Sales Director, you will lead the wholesale sales strategy and execution across all Lowa business segments in the United States, including both Professional (tactical, work, and duty) and Outdoor (hike, trail, athletic) markets. You will demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of market dynamics, channel segmentation, and consumer behavior, driving profitable growth across specialty, national, and key account partners.
This role requires building and maintaining high-level relationships with key customers, leading strategic initiatives to expand market share, and collaborating closely with internal partners in Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service. You will also oversee the independent sales force, ensuring consistent alignment with Lowa’s growth objectives and brand positioning.
