We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consulting Senior Project Manager to join our healthcare consulting team. This role is critical in leading cross-functional implementation projects within the healthcare industry, specifically focusing on managed care operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Medicare operations and proficiency in Visio is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of multiple complex projects across various functional areas within the healthcare industry.
• Utilize project management best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to track progress.
• Effectively manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional team meetings and discussions.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert in managed care operations, providing guidance and advice to team members and stakeholders.
