We're growing! We've created a new position to support our expanding Requirements Management team. It's an exciting time to join Pierce as we continue to invest in our people and our growth. This role is based on site at our Bradenton, Florida facility, where you'll have the opportunity to grow your career and make an impact.
The Requirements Manager will be responsible for an order of vehicles from approve packet return through the truck build, to when the truck is released to manufacturing, and through the final inspection of the physical build. This role will ensure the technical build and physical production of the truck aligns to and is being developed based on the specific customer's order. The Requirements Manager will liaison between the customer, build team including Engineering and Sales, and the production floor to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pay range : $82,000.00 - $132,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
