What You'll Do :
Responsible for booking calls on the board. Outbound from our database for the best calls first until we're too busy with inbound calls.Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and careSchedule service appointments and coordinate with our field teamProvide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers before, during, and after serviceMaintain accurate records in our customer management systemHelp resolve customer concerns and ensure every customer interaction ends on a positive noteWhat We're Looking For :
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatching role (HVAC or trades industry preferred but not required)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesA calm, friendly demeanor-even under pressureA team-first mindset and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experienceReady to grow with a company that puts people first?
