Summary :

We are seeking an Art Director to join the Client Brand Partnership team within client's Brand Innovation Lab. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative, co-branded campaigns from pitch to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling creative across client s platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong art direction expertise, a strategic mindset, and deep experience in video-first creative and production, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that balances creativity, stakeholder needs, and customer focus.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Copywriters, Art Directors, Creative Directors, Producers) to deliver customer-focused creative solutions.
• Develop conceptual, strategic, and visually compelling work across client s platforms.
• Lead video-first creative concepting and execution while ensuring production feasibility.
• Own the visual design of pitch presentations, including comps, structure, and final presentation materials.
• Present creative concepts and solutions to stakeholders, clients, and agency partners.
• Balance multiple priorities, maintaining design excellence under tight deadlines.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand goals, client objectives, and best-in-class design standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation within the creative team.
