A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist (WI Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Execute the consumer complaint resolution process and manage complaint logs
Review and resolve consumer disputes while maintaining compliance with applicable laws
Assist in audits, monitor compliance processes, and participate in quality assurance activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in financial services and a process-oriented business environment preferred
Background knowledge of consumer debt collection or healthcare regulation preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong organizational skills
