Real Estate Attorney
Title : Real Estate Transactions Attorney
Location : Sacramento, CA (On-Site for the First 3-6 Months)
Salary : $80k-$120k (Or 50% of Monthly Billing)
Haraka Headhunters has partnered with a top-tier boutique law firm in Northern California with over 35 years of real estate transaction expertise looking to grow their team due to demand from existing clients and new business.
Qualifications :
Ideally, a minimum of 2 recent years of experience with the following :
- Experience with 100-acre parcels commercial real estate deals
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating loan documents for hard money lending
- Commercial lease agreements (for example, specifically with 30 to 40-year lease agreements with 20-year terms)
- M&A experience is a plus
- A portable book of business with a valuation of at least 100k is a plus
- Entity formation experience is a plus (setting up S-Corps is strongly desired)
Education :
- JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar Association
