Key Responsibilities

7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, or consulting

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution

Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making

Experience managing organizational performance processes such as OKRs or KPI tracking
