Accounts Payable Associate

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to support the finance team in delivering accurate financial statements and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage data entry in Ramp, ensuring accurate vendor invoices and reimbursements

Monitor AP policies, assist with month-end close activities, and reconcile AP accounts

Support Budget vs. Actual analysis by preparing monthly reports and validating AP data

Required Qualifications

Solid accounting background with experience in journals, accruals, and reconciliations

Understanding of accounting principles for accurate financial reporting

Experience with external auditors and tight month-end close deadlines

Familiarity with NetSuite and Ramp is ideal

Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial analysis
