Accounting Clerk

Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join their clients team in Livermore, California. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that requires an individual with construction experience who can quickly adapt to working semi-independently. The role is 100% onsite and offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• New job set-up and change order tracking.
• Monthly contract invoicing.
• AR collections and invoice follow-up.
• Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Managing cash receipts and bank deposits, including remote deposits.
• Assisting in preparing financial reports for management.
• Supporting insurance, payroll, job cost, AP, AR, and benefit audits.
• Assisting admins in AP, AR, payroll, and service departments.

Qualifications

Required Work Hours

The position requires working from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite in Livermore, CA.

Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with flexibility for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone looking to leverage their construction experience in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
