Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables / Collections Specialist to join their team in California. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow in a dedicated role within a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivables and collections while ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handling accounts receivables, credit, and collections with over 1 year of experience in the field.
• Utilizing Excel at a beginner to intermediate level for data management and reporting.
• Applying 1+ years of collections experience to efficiently manage outstanding accounts.
• Bringing a growth-oriented mindset to manage accounts receivables independently, as currently, multiple team members are handling these tasks.
• Maintaining a disciplined, well-spoken, organized, persistent, professional, and courteous approach in all interactions.

Benefits

Competitive salary range between $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
