Accounting Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Entry Level Accounting Clerk job for the office located in Richmond, CA. The job is 100% in-office! The ideal candidate will have an associates or bachelor's degree in accounting and looking to start a career in accounting. You will work within the accounting department and be involved in accounts receivable and customer service assisting clients face to face and over the phone, helping with the invoicing and cash receipts, and assist on any projects that need to be tackled in the accounting department including administrative and clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing.

Qualifications :

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree would be preferred
• Accounting experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable would be preferred
• Able to follow directions, comfortable asking questions, diligent
• Attention to detail, hardworking, and organized
• Good communications and customer service skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

Experience : Entry level accounting role (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant)

Compensation : $23.00 - $27.00
