We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Lead Oracle Cloud ERP to drive and oversee financial transformation initiatives for public sector clients. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, with a strong command of fund accounting, encumbrance accounting, and all core ERP modules. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, delivery, and team development while ensuring alignment with public sector compliance and fiscal management standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Oracle Cloud ERP practice with a focus on public sector clients.
• Serve as the primary solution architect for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, ensuring fit-for-purpose design and compliance.
• Provide deep subject matter expertise in fund accounting, encumbrance accounting, and budgetary control.
• Oversee implementations across GL, AP, AR, PO, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related financial modules.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to define strategy, scope, and roadmap for ERP transformation.
• Mentor project teams, establish best practices, and contribute to knowledge development within the practice.
• Stay current on Oracle product roadmaps and public sector financial policies to guide solution design.
