Sales Agent Position
Skelar is a venture builder that creates international IT product companies according to the rules of global venture investment. Together with our co-founders, we are assembling strong teams to launch tech businesses and win in global markets. Brighterly is a young company with a real startup spirit, building an EdTech platform for teaching mathematics to children in the US market. A well-coordinated experienced team of 40+ people has a successfully built business in the EdTech sector. Currently, we are taking confident steps in the children's niche and teaching children aged 6 to 12 to add, subtract, multiply, divide, concepts of algebra, and geometry. All this in an engaging form, on top personalized resources and with professional tutors! In the first three years of operation, we already have more than 2500 customers who use Brighterly's services.
Our goal for the coming year is to scale up and take a leading position in the Ed-Tech business market! To achieve this, we need to sell a lot! That's why we are opening a Sales Agent position.
We are looking for Sales Agents of all levels with an advanced level of English, who are ready to work in the USA market in the B2C sector, exclusively on inbound leads.

You will have access to all training materials, internal profile training, and coaching to develop sales skills, the opportunity to work in a young and energetic team of professionals, and communicate and gain experience with the business founder and all leads who have actively participated in creating Brighterly. What is important to us : 6 months of experience in a similar position; a high level of empathy; energy, persistence, and a focus on results; experience working with clients offline or online; a high level of English : advanced; willingness to work in night shifts; a desire to work in a team.
It is desirable to have : knowledge of basic sales techniques; experience working with CRM systems.
