Gradex is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes specifically around civil site work and utilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience in leadership roles.
• Must have NV OSHA 10-hour training certification.
• Must have NV OSHA 30-hour training certification.
• Experience in project planning.
• Experience in training and development.
• Bluebeam software skills a plus.
• Conflict management skills a plus.
• Experience in construction a plus.
• Management, construction management, team management, and supervising experience a plus.
• Construction management software skills a plus.
• ProCore software skills a plus.
• Project scheduling experience a plus.
• Experience in quality control a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
