M365 Productivity & Collaboration (SharePoint) Specialist

Location : Denver, CO (seeking local candidates ONLY)

Schedule : Hybrid - 2 days onsite

Compensation : $130,000-$150,000 base + 10% discretionary bonus

Employment Type : Full-time, Direct Hire

THE POSITION

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Specialist to join our Global IT team. In this role, you will directly contribute to the architecture, design, deployment, and ongoing support of our enterprise Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related services).

As a trusted architect and technical leader , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of M365 adoption across the enterprise. You will ensure that all solutions are secure, scalable, user-friendly, and optimized for collaboration and productivity . This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise, solution architecture experience , and the ability to drive execution across global initiatives.
