Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Janesville, WI, 53546. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all things HR, supporting our employees and management in creating a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance as needed.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
