Account Manager-Manufacturing

Account Manager 📍 Oxnard / Camarillo / Ventura area, CA | Full-Time | $110,000 – $120,000 / year base  New Level Resources is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a leading manufacturing and design organization.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in client relationship management, project coordination, and commercial execution.

The position includes travel to customer locations in the surrounding area.

What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Lead the commercial aspects of projects , including quotations, SOWs, and profitability guidelines.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

Collaborate with internal teams across purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and design to achieve project goals.

Identify and resolve potential challenges to maintain customer confidence and project success.

Forecast and track key account metrics, including sales performance and financial projections.

Conduct kickoff and closeout meetings, sharing lessons learned and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all account activities.

Travel to customer sites locally as needed.
