Our expanding company is in search of a Financial Analyst to collaborate with the Director of FP&A in implementing the company's financial planning processes, which include annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, cost accounting and long-term financial strategy development.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Cost Accounting experience a must
- Financial management within a manufacturing environment
- Support timely and accurate financial closing and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Prepare monthly variance analysis for key accounts
- Assist in developing annual operating budgets for all departments submitted for approval
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
