Lead Technical Recruiter
RoboForce is an AI robotics company building Physical AI and Robo-Labor systems for dull, dirty, and dangerous work. Our flagship robot, TITAN, is a super humanoid robot designed for industrial environments. We are based in Milpitas, CA and require 5 days / week in-office collaboration.
We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter who will drive full-cycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for AI, software, and hardware roles, and beyond.
- Partner with hiring managers on requirements, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies.
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Manage interviews, share feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team hiring efforts.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding for consistency and compliance.
- Support office operations and team engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
510 years in technical recruitingTrack record sourcing and closing senior technical talent.Skilled in recruiting tools, sourcing, and pipeline management.Strong communicator with relationship-building skills.Able to juggle priorities and work independently in fast-paced settings.Basic HR knowledge related to onboarding, offboarding, and office operations.Requires 5 days / week in-office collaboration with the teams.Bonus Qualifications
