Position Overview : As a Sales Associate at Boucheron, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships and ensuring store excellence. You will represent the most stylish and cutting edge French High Jewelry Maison with elegance, expertise and a commitment to exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will encompass sales execution, clienteling initiatives and store operations.

Base pay : $28.00 - $30.00 per hour plus monthly incentive

• Drive sales by providing personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.
• Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, product demonstration techniques and team spirit.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Act as an ambassador of Boucheron strictly respecting the Maison selling ceremony.
