Fulfillment Associate, Registered Agent Services

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in operations by supporting the team and learning foundational skills. The work focus is Business Entity creation and UCC lien search functions. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment, and work from our local office in Wilmington, DE. The work schedule is M-F, 12 : 00 PM-9 : 00 PM.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter orders into the system.
• Process legal documents in the formation of different business entities.
• Scan physical documents and upload files to relevant government agencies.
• Work within a team environment to master skills.
• Efficiently search UCC lien filings.
• Maintain operational documents and records.
• Assist in planning under supervision.
• Ensure customer service standards are met.
• Help with general administrative duties as needed.
