Basic Responsibilities : The Fulfillment Associate for Client s CT has primary responsibility for providing superior service by : Fulfilling orders for internal and external customers Researching and analyzing legal documents Submitting legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations Retrieving legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations Researching entity status Resolving or escalating issues Following requests through to completion Communicating progress to customers and internal teams Navigating quickly between multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Overtime and minimal (5%) travel may be required. Contributes to customer satisfaction and organizational success Participates in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects

Requirements (years of experience, educational background, technical skills, etc.) : Qualifications : Education : Preferred : Bachelor s degree in Liberal Arts (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline); OR, if no degree, 4 years of customer service experience. Experience, Knowledge and Tools Minimum Experience : 4 years customer service experience, including : Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately. Utilizing keen attention to detail skill accurately Utilizing communication skills, including both excellent verbal skills and written communication. Working independently while still being an integral part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Adobe, ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively. Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. Certifications Minimum : None.
