The Work :
- Manage aspects of the Oracle partnership for the region, including Partner Program KPIs, governance, communications and escalations
- Develop expertise in Oracle's products and offerings, the differentiating value they provide to clients, and how they complement Accenture's own platform and delivery capabilities
- Combine Oracle technology and Accenture services to incubate BG priorities, frame unique value propositions, and enable selling at scale across the Business Group
- Activate Regional events, and support the compilation of external analyst reports
- Build and manage the strategic relationship between regional Oracle Alliance teams and Accenture BG, Sales and Client teams
- Ensure alignment on strategic objectives focused on Accenture priorities
- Drive communications within the region for strategic wins, joint priorities, sales enablement sessions, awards and accolades, etc
- Incubate and Enable Strategic Business Group Priorities
- Help originate and close priority deals with Accenture sales and account teams and clients, leveraging relationships with Oracle
- Develop and drive enablement for joint strategic Business Group priorities, bundling Oracle platform / technology with Accenture services capabilities, engaging across Accenture organizations as needed
- Partner with Oracle to frame the value proposition and strategic differentiation
- Define the process to mindshare and bring enablement materials in front of potential clients, client teams, industry leads and market leads to drive demand and origination
- Understand the commercial and contract structure, engaging across teams as needed (Legal, Procurement, Ecosystem, etc.)
- Provide feedback to Oracle, sharing insights and reactions for continuous improvements and alignment to client needs
- Facilitate enablement sessions with appropriate teams (BG, Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, GTM, Oracle, Client Groups, Markets, etc.)
- Activate Partnership Events and External Analyst Reports
- Support AOLC, SKO, Oracle AI World and Knowledge planning and execution, including BG priority alignment, regional attendance, Oracle + client meetings, etc
- Facilitate content submission for priority Analyst reports (PAC Radar, Everest, etc.)
- Support In-Region World Forums, Regional Summits, Executive Dinners, Industry Events, EBCs as prioritized by Market Lead Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will be 15%.
Here's what you need :
Minimum of 7 years in Oracle partnership management, Oracle alliances, Oracle marketing, or Oracle sales.Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle technology consulting, solution delivery, or enterprise IT leadership.Minimum of 6 years of strong understanding of business strategy and digital transformation, with the ability to align technology solutions to transformation strategy and business outcomes.Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including pre-sales support, proposal development, and client relationship growth.Minimum of 7 years strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow high-performing teams.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.Bonus points if :
You have experience with other Oracle platforms and tools.You have knowledge of data integration techniques and technologies (e.g., APIs, ETL).You have a certification in Oracle or related technologies.You have experience in agile project management methodologies.You have the ability to articulate the solution and value proposition effectively to clients.You have strong understanding of business processes and how the solution will bring value to the client's operations.You have exceptional problem-solving capabilities and ability to develop practical, efficient solutions to complex issues.You have strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.You understand market trends and client expectations.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to present the design and understand business requirements.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
